Collecting Your Exhibitor Badge
Collect your badge from the Registration Desk in front of Halls 2 & 3.
The Registration Desk is open:
Wednesday 12th: 12pm - 5pm
Thursday 13th: from 8am
Friday 14th: from 8am
Saturday 15th: from 8am
Have your ticket QR code ready and your screen brightness at 100% so the registration team can easily scan you in.
Lead Scanner
If you have ordered a lead scanner, a Lüp staff member will deliver and explain how to use the device prior to show open on Thursday 13th. If you have any questions regarding this, please visit the Exhibitor Registration Desk (where you collect your badge) in front of Halls 2 & 3.
How do I access my leads?The primary contact for your company has been sent login details to view and download your leads. If you cannot find this email, please contact Lüp so they can resend it to you.
Exhibitor Parking
ICC Sydney Exhibition Centre Carpark
- 14 Darling Drive, Sydney.
- Max. vehicle height 2.1m.
- A discount flat rate of $25 is available for exhibitors and contractors during bump in, Tuesday 11th and Wednesday 12th June ONLY. Collect your Discount Car Parking ticket from the ICC Sydney Customer Service Desk on level 2. There is NO ICC Sydney car parking discount during show days.
Harbourside Carpark
- 100 Murray St, Pyrmont (10 minute walk to the venue).
- Max. Vehicle height 2m.
- There is no discount for parking at this venue.
Sydney Fish Markets (open air parking for oversized vehicles)
- Corner Bank Street and Pyrmont Bridge Road, Pyrmont (20 minute walk to the venue).
- No max. vehicle height restriction.
- There is no discount for parking at this venue.
Bump Out Requirements
During bump-out on Saturday 15th April at 5:30pm, you are required to wear enclosed shoes and a high visibility vest. All exhibiting stuff MUST have this on from 5pm so the bump-out process can begin.
Please drop your vests in the bins at the door when exiting.
Please note, the loading dock doors will not open until all visitors have left the halls and every exhibitor has their high visibility vest on.
